As plant-based and vegetarian meals continue to gain in popularity, world-class athletes are helping to lead the trend by abandoning traditional meat protein-based diets for plant-based ones. Powered by Plants: How World-Class Athletes Are Changing the Way We Eat is a special two-hour educational session at OPS 2023 that will explore how athletes have switched to plant-based diets and the positive benefits they have seen as a result.
Wish Farms has seen continued growth in the organic berry category this year, extending the strong organic demand trend that occurred during the height of the pandemic.

Organic Produce Network (OPN) has announced the addition of Rachelle Schulken to its team in the newly created position of Vice President of Events. Schulken brings extensive event planning and marketing expertise to her role and will oversee the growth of the Organic Grower Summit.
