2024 Organic Grower Summit packed with education, connections and the latest agtech

Returning in 2024 from December 4-5, the Organic Grower Summit will bring together organic producers, industry suppliers and thought leaders in organic agriculture at the Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa in Monterey, California. The Summit offers attendees cutting-edge agtech and manufacturing innovations, forward-thinking presentations, incredible food and engaging networking experiences, including the Grower of the Year celebration. 

Throughout the two-day event, attendees will have exclusive access to panels and presentations featuring leaders in organic agriculture, with sessions highlighting key topics like regenerative practices, pest and soil management, advanced ag tech innovations and what’s forecasted for organics. Speakers represent the breadth of organics including retail distribution representatives from Whole Foods Market and Sprouts; key industry-driving service providers from Western Growers Association, California Certified Organic Farmers and Organic Farming Research Foundation; voices from a variety of organic operations such as Braga Fresh Family Farms, Reiter Berry Farms and Lakeside Organic Gardens; plus national and regional political and conservation representation including the National Organic Program, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service and the California Department of Food  and Agriculture and more.

Attendees can look forward to exceptional culinary experiences included in all event passes. Celebrate Grower of the Year Dick Peixoto's success at Lakeside Organic Gardens. The award, sponsored by Fendt, will be presented after the keynote panel discussion, "What's Next for Organics?" Secretary of California Department of Food and Agriculture Karen Ross will open the keynote discussion, which will feature panelists from the International Produce Association, JB Smith Companies and Braga Fresh Family Farms. Dave Puglia, president and CEO of Western Growers Association, will moderate the session.
